Reserva Peñitas
Reserva Peñitas aims to protect a cloud forest by developing a regenerative, landscape-driven community rooted in a collectivist model. The project has achieved water autonomy through rainwater harvesting. Estudio Ome is part of the decision-making process on large-scale strategies, including experimental rewilding approaches for meadows, hedgerows, and mature forest management. The studio is also involved in updating design guidelines, designing communal spaces, and developing maintenance strategies, all within the framework of long-term planning.
